Your PeopleCert voucher doesn’t work?

Most common issues with voucher activation – see below for possible causes and solutions.

1. Error message:

“The value XXX is invalid.”

Possible cause:
The voucher code has already been used when activating the PeopleCert account.

What to do:

  • Go to https://peoplecert.org and log in to your account.

  • Navigate to the “My Exams” or “Overview” section.

  • The voucher should already be visible and assigned to the account.
    There is no need to enter the code again.

2. Typo or extra space in the code

What to do:

  • Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided.

  • It is strongly recommended to copy the code directly from the email and paste it into the form to avoid:

    • unnecessary spaces at the beginning or end,

    • common typos (e.g. using the letter O instead of the number 0, or I instead of 1).

    3. Error message:

    “This voucher cannot be redeemed in your country.”

  • Possible cause:
    Vouchers are region-specific. If a country other than Poland was not specified before the purchase, and the code is being used from abroad, this message may appear.
